Hi All - it's been a year or two since I had to advertise a rental to get tenants in Denver.  What are you finding are the most effective sites at the moment?  CL?  Zillow?  (It's a house in Wash Park I'm looking to fill)

Thanks in advance.

Quoc Tran I recently got 2 HELOCs. The one on my primary residence was through Vectra Bank and the one on a rental was through Westerra Credit Union (both Colorado banks). Both are based on The Prime Rate. Vectra is Prime plus .25 (I think) and Westerra's is Prime plus 0!! At Westerra if your Experian FICO is above 760 they don't add any margin and will lend up to combined LTV of 70% on a rental. My strategy right now is to use the HELOCs to pay cash (and get a slightly better deal) and then refi into conventional loans within 6 months. And then do it again.

Hi Jasmine - looks like a nice property. Can you message me full details?
Shawn Huss at Chemical Bank should be able to help.

I am in the middle of a 1031 with API and have found them great so far.  I am working with Dino and she is knowledgeable, always available for questions and reasonable with fees.
