Awesome thanks Joshua. East Troy is   probably as rural as you get within a half hour of Milwaukee, that's what I love about it. Non city living but we can get to anything within 30 min drive. Are you a part of any real estate groups in the area?

Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to fully understand the financial side better first so I that if I decide to partner, I know that I am making a smart deal and covering myself financially and legally.

Hey BP members,

My name is Andy Kmiec. I'm brand new to this community and real estate in general other than owning my own home. I have listened to the first 30 or so podcasts from the beginning and due to all the suggestions I am just finishing "Rich Dad Poor Dad".

I fly for the Air Force, have a wife and two kids, and am pretty unexpectedly excited about learning more about real estate investing.

I would say that BP along with Rich dad poor dad has definitely given me a financial awakening that I did not truly expect. By nature my wife and I are financially conservative, put money into the 401k, Roth IRAs, and have a couple nice whole life policies that were started for me by family at birth, but since listening and read for the last month I feel we've definitely been missing the mark a little.

We're interested in rolling up our sleeves and learning as much as we can to start with our first rental property. After hearing so many people on BP say how important networking is I figured I would just say hi and let you all know I'm excited to be a part of the BP community and look forward to learning much more from you all. It seems like everyone brings a little bit different skill set and perspective to the table and i have been absorbing everything I can from the wide breath of experience out there. Thanks for providing a great platform for investors big and small.
