I would like to keep the properties close if can. Around Lehi and American Fork would be great. I would think one should be able to finds some good deals in West Jordan & Rose Park areas too.

Thanks for the introductions! My main focus is to to buy and hold properties that have good cash flow. My goal is to pickup between 5-10 properties within the next year. What areas do you guys have properties in?

Does anyone recommend a company for a self directed Real Estate Pension Plan that they have used and trust? Also, what of Pension Plan for real estate are out there?

Hello Everyone!

My name is Andy Finsand. I've been involved in real estate one way or another for 15 years. I first owned a single family rental property back in 2000. In 2004 I started building homes (new construction) and did that for about 9 years. Since then I have built around 75 homes total. I've also been involved in flipping lots and have done a little land developing. I started a new company outside of real estate in 2011 that I worked part-time until it took off. When the business started to pickup I went full time and sold my share of the old business to my partner. Since then I haven't been involved in real estate. I am interested in real estate and am currently looking for opportunities to invest on a part time bases.
