For those concerned about the liability, that is my hesitation as well. We own an airbnb in a beach town-South Carolina. How do the golf cart rental shops mitigate the liability risk? What type of insurance do they have that allows them to run that business and why couldn’t those of us with Airbnb’s do the same with a separate agreement?

My dad and sisters live in Mount Pleasant. I am looking for an agent that specializes and is well networked on Isle of Palms. We are looking for a 2nd home so my family can see us and our daughter more and one that we can also leverage as a short term rental.
