Have you tried an investor group like a MAREI or Winvestors to find other investors that might be interested? Those are great places to get connected with other investors of like mind.

REHAB WHITEBOARD SESSIONS - PRACTIAL PEER TO PEER INFORMATION

Every first Tuesday of the month we are sponsoring a REHAB WHITEBOARD session at our offices. We bring in experienced investors to have small discussion limited to 10 participants.

The sessions are free but registration is needed as we stop at 10 to keep the discussion real and focused. Our discussion leaders always have experience in over 100 properties flipped/held so the discussions are practical not for sales or showmanship.

Example topics:

  1. What is it like being a full time investor day to day and year to year
  2. The four edged Sword of investing
  3. Management of properties during rehab
  4. Management of rental properties

If you work with a hard money lender they should be able to lend the purchase price and the rehab funds to you so you can rehab then secure a conventional loan with no problem.
