I’m about to close on my first investment property it’s a Duplex on the Minneapolis southwest meto as this is my first one, would you recommend going with professional management or self management? Pros? Cons? Thanks!!

I guess I am starting to loose my patience,I educated myself, read books, listened to podcasts, I know everything about analyzing, I dedicate hours to search every day, I have a great RE Agent also trying to find something in the Minneapolis market but I just can't find the right deal, I've been searching 5 weeks. Would I be doing something wrong? How long did it take for you to find your first one? Any recommendations?

Hi Patrick,  if you don't mind me asking, what's your occupancy per month in average? I assume most of your guests are MoA visitors right?

Thanks!! this is great, I just feel that it'd go faster if I have more than one person looking for deals, but I agree it might not be fair.
