Hi , I had a quick question about the notice to quite laws in North Carolina…. I am have a small rental portfolio in Oregon. And was talking to my sister who is renting in Charlotte she was getting ready to move at the end of her year to year lease and gave them a 30 day notice. They are saying that she is required to give them a 60 day notice and the rent was going to be almost double because it would be month to month… dose that sound right or are they trying to pull one over on her?
