Hello all! My name is Andria, I live in Charleston, SC, and I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for quite some time now. I am currently interested in buying a multi-family unit to start (to get rid of my monthly housing costs)  but I have relatively limited funds and Charleston is getting to be an expensive area! Right now I am interested in learning about creative financing options.
