Hi Matt,

Thanks for the information!!!

Best regards

Andre

Hi,

I have a construction company and we do everything except roofs and electrical connections. I would like to get a construction loan for a 4-Plex and use sweat equity. Is this a realistic scenario and if so what would I have to be careful of ?

Best regards

Hi,

Is a income (job) required for a real estate investment loan (positiv cash flow) or is the rent for the property considered income and therefore no additional income needed?

Hi,

I'm living in Germany for almost 2 years and will be moving back to the US next month. Is it possible to get a FHA loan with only a few months of income? My income taxes (for the last 2 years) show little to no income, because I was out of the country.
