Quote from @Sherri Stokes:

I used prep agent to prepare, I also studied their materials for approximately two months prior to my testing date. I was averaging 90% plus on the practice exams and knew the material inside and out. I walked in with the confidence that I didn’t even realize that I had, sat down, utilized the strategy that I was taught in prep agent preparation and I knew that I had passed. Best feeling in the world! Good luck and remember to go in with A positive mindset. You got this.

Thanks so much for your time and words of encouragement, Sherri! I'll check out Prep Agent because I have previously heard some good things about it.

Quote from @Joe Homs:

@Andrey Zohrabyan make sure you are passing your practice tests by 90% or more and take the Crash Course just before you take your test.

Good Investing...

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely check out the crash course.

Hi everyone,

Hope you all are having a great day! This is my first post on this forum and it is in regards to the real estate exam. I am residing in California and I will soon be taking my test. I want to use this post as a way to connect with local agents and to ask you guys if you have any advice on the best way to prepare. Anyways, thanks to whoever took the time to read this and I hope to hear from this cool community!

Hey guys,
So I am a 18-year-old newbie who is thinking about buying my first house as one I can live in so I can put a smaller down payment, then renting it out after the right amount of time. (I recently heard about this.) Any advice on the best way to execute this and please explain it to me like you are talking to someone who knows very little about this lol. Thanks for your time!
