Hi Sam! Right now, I am just trying to read as much as possible about real estate and listen to BiggerPockets webinars and podcasts. Not really planning to invest myself for a while but would like to help others to keep their accounting and tax paperwork intact and may be answer some questions related to those areas and hopefully also learn something about real estate investing from others to benefit myself in the future.

Listened to a great podcast few days ago with Amanda Han, CPA. Purchased her book

"The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor: Powerful techniques anyone can use to deduct more, invest smarter, and pay far less to the IRS!" and already learning a lot of valuable information!
