Hey guys,

New investor here and first time post! So I apologize if anything is vague in my post, but looking for a little direction here. So, I am wondering what are the best cities in the US in 2023 to invest in. I would be looking into using an FHA Loan (203k streamlined) 30-yr fixed. This would be for a multifamily home (preferably a triplex or quadplex) with a budget between $225k - $300k and I would be "House Hacking". I have done some research and its yielded results in cities like Oklahoma (Tulsa), Tennessee (Chatanooga or Knoxville), Georgia (outside of Atlanta, Athens, Savannah, Macon, Augusta, Blue Ridge), Indiana (Indianapolis), North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham), Missouri (St louis), Ohio (Youngstown, Toledo, Columbus), Kansas (Wichita), etc. Looking to purchase sometime this year. Would be moving out after 1-year. I'd then eventually get into BRRRR'ing properties in the future. Would love to see what cities others have been successful with this strategy, recently. Thanks for all your help in advance!
