Hey everyone, my name is Andrew Wade I'm 23 years old and this is my first year in Real Estate. I'm a licensed agent at Roby Realty a local family owned Brokerage with over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. My first deal is a multi unit buy with a residential investor that will generate passive income for my client right away. 

I recently started to listen to the bigger pockets podcasts and have learned so much good information from just a few episodes. I'm here to connect and learn from others involved in Real Estate.
