do you know any lenders for conventional 30 yr mobile homes or low personal loans i am NOT looking for hard money

1.  Yes, figuring around 10%.

2.  Soon in the process, but am also looking for a private lender, in order to be able to do a/some deals sooner.

i'm excited to learn from all of you and to establish contacts for

wholesaling deals. Currently working the Cleveland Oh and Detroit MI

areas. I have some experience with wholesaling (lowballing) and have one

contract in Detroit that is almost completed. Would like to switch to

Sub To deals. Appreciate all help and buyer contacts for deals.

Yes I have closed on the property,  half was over grown cutover. Have had it cleared and graded.  No studies other than there are none around like I'm looking to build. 20x30 "commercial" storage with a roll up door and walk through door. Would be 6 to a building, 30x120.
