 To answer your question we do a mix of PPC, cold calling, and sms! To be completely honest with you believe it or not more than ~60% of our deals come from SMS.

Batchleads as long as you are wholesaling in a disclosure state that allows you to see sales data other wise it is sale price estimates! 99% of software like that will require credit card on file, i think its like only 100 per month. if you dont want to pay just cancel prior to trial ending!

I have been doing wholesaling for about a year now and i have done 9 deals in the last 5 months. I am just trying to see where everyone else is at in their wholesaling business in terms of how many deals a month are you doing and any bottlenecks/problems that you have ran into that held you back from scaling to that point!
