I use sparkrent.com

I love it. It charges me $1 per deposit from each tenant. It automatically deposits the online transaction into my checking account a couple days after my renter submits the payment. It also automatically charges a late fee after my determined late day that I choose per our lease. Keeps it very simple and easy!  So much better then collecting checks.

Checks to the bank!

Hey fellow landlords.

I'm listing a small 2 bedroom condo for rent and I'm putting together my listing. Along with my photos, I thought it would be great to include an overhead floor plan of the condo with room dimensions.

Can anyone recommend an awesome website or app that I can create this with?

Thanks Biggerpockets community!

Drew

I'm listing my condo for rent in Denver. I created a listing with Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist currently and it has worked OK.

I'm wondering what everyone else likes to do? I managae it myself so I'm looking for the best free options to get it rented and to a quality tenant. I know a lot of prospects search on Craiglsist and Zillow, but I'm currious if there are addtional websites I should be taking advantage of to maximize the amount of eyes on my unit.

I cannot put a sign in the yard due to HOA and I don't want to pay for a listing.
Any recomendations??? THANKS GUYS!!!! Drew
