@Cody Smith I agree with @John Edwards pay off your debt then start investing. If you have to wait 5 years to pay off your debt I would say start investing but 13 months won’t make you or break you in the long run.

Remember real estate is not a get rich quick scheme but a get wealthy over a long time scheme.
