@Linval T.

Thanks so much for the extra research. You are correct, I'm looking into the MFH and all of those links you provided look extremely helpful. I've already gone through some of the videos and downloaded some pod casts; also picked up a copy of Hold! to start reading.

Thanks again!

Andrew

Hi Everyone,

Newbie investor from the Davenport FL area.

My adventure into the BP forums has been a rather long one. I first started on cruising sites (Sailing) where I was researching the cruising life for an early retirement while the kids are still young. This lead me over to MrMoneyMustache's website for financial freedom and through one of their forums I found this one.

Looking forward to talking to some locals to the Orlando / Lakeland / Tampa area.

Happy Deal Hunting!

Andrew

I live in a gated community in Davenport and of the 30 or so houses on my street/block, roughly 10 are rentals. Also 4-5 units for sale in this community as well, but starting in the $250K range; so it depends on the price you're looking to spend on a house. Lots of new construction out here; so plenty of options to choose from.

If you have any questions on any neighborhoods here, let me know.
