I own several properties and I seem to get daily texts and call from people offering to buy my properties, usually without even specificying the property.  Any idea how these people are getting my phone number, who they are and what's the deal with all this?  Can I get it to stop?

@sherief where or how do I find out about the in person meet ups?

I'm looking for any seattle based investors who are interested in connecting and talking real estate. Happy to do walks or grab a meal if you are interested.

I'm looking to pick up a few properties this year in the Indianapolis area and was hoping to talk with some investors that own multiple properties in the market.  I'm an out of state investor in Seattle.

I'm looking to buy this year several properties in the Indianapolis area.  Are there any recommendations for agents that work with out of state investors?

I'm moving there soon and wanted to get into the real estate investor scene.

Looking for a closing attorney recommendation if anyone has one.

I'm looking to get a HELOC on an investment property that I own outright. However all the banks and credit unions I've spoken with only do a HELOC on a primary residence. Where are you guys able to get a HELOC for investment properties?

Really curious as to how you are finding the market today and what your experience has been.  Bonus points for any agent recommendations.

Ever get mold inspection?
