@Joe Splitrock

Like I told Jim. I am making more money than I would at a fast food place with RE and projects.

I do have many years of experience, but I am moving into a area where I do not know many people.

My network is very strong where I live now, but not where I am moving to.

@Brian Spies

Damn college degrees!!! Lol

Learning a trade is a good idea. People have been saying that there is not a lot of people in those fields anymore. Not sure of its true, but it would make sense.

@Jim K.

I do have good enough money coming in from jobs and Real Estate.

So I wouldn't want to work at Walmart where I would get paid less!!

I am looking for a job in a new location.

I have many years in sales, management, hospitality, custimer service, and much more.

Trust me. I work all the time. I do make a little money with Real Estate and many projects.

I made a great resume and applied to hundreds of jobs on indeed, linkedin, and many other job boards.

Just trying to find something more steady.

Make up a resume, go to Indeed.com, plug in your zip code, and start contacting people. Indeed claims to be currently listing 17,348 jobs in Worcester, MA.

Worst case scenario, join the Army. There are educational, training, and work opportunities in four years in the US Army that half the rest of the world would kill for.

Great Advice Patrick!

I do not have a college degree and that is a big negative to a lot of people. There are a lot of jobs that do require a bachelor's degree.

I try to connect directly to the recruiter after applying to get ahead of everyone else applying. Sometimes there are up to 400 people apply for the same job! That Is a lot of filtering work for the recruiter's.

The STAR method is something that I've never heard of, but I will definitely look into it.

There is something out there for me, but I do not see it. 6 months is a very long time.

Thank you Patrick!

Why can't a find a job?

Yes. Real Estate Investing is something I am getting into, but I need more money.

I've looked on Linkedin and Indeed. I got many interviews, but nothing worked out.

I reached out to recruiters, CEO's, Owners, ext... But they have or looking for someone that is more qualified.

I've been looking in the Worcester, MA area for something in Customer Service or Sales. Remote is also a option. Really anything!

Real Estate is something I really like, but I need money.

I am only 23 years old, but I love to work.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you so much for your time.

@Kelvin Vinston

I do see the potential. What are houses selling for in that neighborhood?

The kitchen/living room wall needs to go in my opinion.
