Most DSCR lenders will require a credit score of 620 or better. There a handful that can do lower than 620 at 50% LTV, however the rate will be very high

My current score is around 670-680. Where I am running into an issue is there is a delinquent account on my credit history. It is not legitimate and I do not legally owe this balance, but have been unable to get it removed from my history unless I file suit against the company. This was last year and shows the balance to be about $8000

Hello, due to a hiccup on my personal credit history I am having issues getting approved for traditional financing outside of an FHA which I do not plan to use as I am not going to owner occupy. Anybody have experience with lenders that will do a mortgage for LLCs in Tennessee and Kentucky? Any leads are appreciated. Thanks!
