I have a teacher friend interested in real estate investing. Anyone know of the specific podcasts with teachers as Guest? Seems like there’s a couple I remember, but I can’t figure out how to specifically search this. Thanks!

@Allan Rosso I'm admittedly a complete amateur on the subject, but I believe the bank now owns it. What do they do to unload the property does it have to go to auction or can they just list it?

I have a foreclosure across the street from me (st. louis, MO). I have successfully identified the attorney who handled it and the bank is chase bank. I know this is a huge bank. Where do I go next if I'd like to buy it? Lost cause?

An excellent Cash-flowing duplex in South St. Louis City. First and second floor units. First floor in good condition as is the second floor unit. Renovated in 2011 with updated water heaters, and furnace, a/c. We have had the property management with a very local management company since we bought in march 2016. First floor 1 year lease signed in June 2017($520/month) second floor 1 year lease sign in March 2017 ($495/month) My partner and I are looking to sell to get into a larger 10 unit+ building.

Sorry I don't have any great pics of it right now.

Let me know if you're interested!

Thanks

Sorry I don't have any great pics of it right now. Here is one showing the outside (try and ignore city sewer work in front sidewalk)
