Hi!  I moved from my W-2 job to being self-employed.  Has anyone found a great company to hold their solo 401K plan, and borrow from it for real estate purposes?  I have found "Solo 401K by Naber's Group", they have a $99 annual fee, and $500 initial setup fee.  Has anyone found success doing this, and with what bank?  Cheers!

Thank you all for your comments.  Truly appreciate the size of the response.  The current tenant was using Zelle before, and I was able to set up Zelle with an existing bank account.  There is an issue to be aware of when living abroad without a USA paid cell service. You must have the tenant send the funds via your email address, as Zelle would not accept my Google Fi USA phone number.  This is a simple work around, but good to know when establishing the Zelle account.

Hi! I am a U.S. Citizen living abroad and I just purchased a property in Baltimore, MD with existing tenants. I have a trustworthy friend who will be JV'ing the property management. He will be collecting the rent via a personal check if I don't find a better option. Which leads me to my question...would anyone recommend an application for delivering the rent money? I would prefer not to use Venmo or Paypal. Any help is appreciated. Thank you! AK

Hello, I am making plans to invest in real estate in Baltimore, MD. I have been doing a lot of research on "Vacants to Value" and came across a new build in Druid Heights, specifically Baker Street, even more specifically 555-581 Baker Street, 21217. The builder/developer looks to be a company named B&D Phase III LLC. Does anyone have any information on this area and if the builder is looking to sell these units in the near future?

Thank you,

Andrew Kearney
