I have just listed a new multi unit property, however, I wanted to know some questions people have been to asked or what questions realtors have asked to see if they would be qualified buyers without asking stupid questions or not asking the rights questions.

Thanks guys!

let me know if this is allowed or not.

@Chris Muller

Thank you Chris, that sounds great.

I am assuming it will not be too dissimilar to what I already know and do, I will need to research state laws and standards.

In Dublin at the moment the market is tough for rentals then soaring for sales due to the housing shortage, what is it currently like over there if you mind me asking?

Hi guys,

My girlfriend and I have decided to move from Dublin to Vancouver, landing in July 2022. We will both be 26 and 25 respectively, having recently worked property in Dublin for two years now. We know this will be a big change, and I know I will also have to apply for a new Real Estate Licence in Canada as my PSRA licence is not applicable for over there.

Can anybody give us some tips and advice on job opportunities and what my best POA would be?

Best way to apply for my Real Estate licence in Canada and how long it usually takes? If I start my apication now would that be the best thing to do?

Any advice would be fantastic guys, as I know you are all so helpful amongst eachother.

Thank you.

Hello, I am looking to build connections, learn topics, and hear some innovative ideas for the property market.

I am new to the property industry and want to be a sponge and soak up as much information I can.

If you have any information or have you own meet up plan, please get in contact with me.

Kind regard,

Andrew Richardson.

@Bruce Lynn, thankyou for your reply. That sounds like a solid foundation on how get started. I am trying to build up as many connections has I can at the minute. Getting my name out there, making sure people know what I do, going to any meets up I can. Since as you probably know, you never know who your next client can be and where they might hear from you.
