Thanks!

Have you seen any results sending out to lists you've pulled?

Hello everybody!

I am going to try a Direct Mailing campaign, and just wanted to know if these steps are the right ones to take. I heard of a website called "Rebogateway" I can get my leads off of. Absentee, divorce... whatever. I was wondering, with those addresses, can I write my own yellowletters to those, and send them out?

Step 1. Register for rebogateway

Step 2. Send yellowletters to those addresses

Thanks!

I am going to be buying bandit signs very soon, and was wondering if there are any other ways to put "WE BUY HOSUES" that have worked for anyone?

I have seen "WE BUY HOUSES" & "AVOID FORECLOSURE   CALL TODAY"

Was wondering if there are any others?

I'm wondering about what you would use for a buyer on a wholesale deal.

Do you use a purchase contract or an assignment?

Also, do you personally bring 2 contracts to a potential deal?

One for your seller to keep and 1 for you to take?

Can I contact a Real Estate Attorney and tell them I would like

A Purchase Agreement & An Assignment of Contract?

ON TOP of that, could I tell them the contingencies I would want inside of the Purchase & Sale Agreement?

Reason I am asking is because some of the contracts I have found online have WAY TOO MANY contingencies and I think that would scare away my seller.

(OR is it possible to cross those contingencies out, or get rid of them somehow?)

Hello! I have done my research and found that I need 2 Contracts to complete a wholesale.

A purchase & Sale agreement and an Assignment of Contract. I need to find out where I can get these two documents?
