@Theresa Harris Thank you! Is there a separate contract I should have my tenets sign for damages and would I get a regular deposit from them based on there individual rent prices correct?

How can I go about signing a lease on someone else’s rental. Then rent out each of my rooms individually with leases of my own for my renters to sign?
