It seems like most wholesalers are focused on wholesaling homes between $50k to $200k. Is there anyone out there doing higher end homes, like $500k to $2 million? I was wondering if the numbers are different for higher priced homes? Like instead of having to offer 60-70% of ARV minus repairs/carrying costs, can people use different formulas for the higher priced homes? Like 80% of ARV- carrying costs/repairs? Or would that be too hard to sell to a rehabber?

I would love to know if that guy also calls all the pizza companies that send him flyers asking them to stop sending him mail too.

I've been trying to find any statistics on this, but the best I can find anywhere on the internet is statistics for realtors getting listings(between 100-200 no's for every yes). Is it about the same conversion rate with getting real estate deals? I really don't want to waste time doing this if its not a good way to go.
