I am just started learning about Wholesaling Real Estate. I am 21 years old who’s hungry to win. I live in Los Angeles, CA. Anybody in that area wants to connect and help each other succeed?

I have a zoom call tomorrow and I am struggling with how to respond when a seller ask me who I’m working for and what it is that I do, when I’m first starting out wholesaling and haven’t yet created a website or anything to back me up. Anything would be helpful!

I live in Los Angeles and I know home prices are very high for a beginner starting to wholesale. Would it be a good idea to virtually wholesale in other states for someone who is just starting out or would it be better to just do it local?

Is it smart to call in cash buyers and then look for distressed properties; for a beginner?

I live in Santa Monica and was wondering if doing wholesale was a good idea since properties are very expensive or if I would have to look elsewhere.
