Male or female doesnt matter but would like someone I am comfortable with. Experience with renovations is a plus and knowing a good PM company that's trust worthy . Would have funds for closing but obviously always want the best deal I can find  this would be a investment property. And would like them to be knowledgeable and well rounded when it comes to different properties and what I am exactly looking for which I am still trying to narrow down exactly. @jim blackbur

Hi I am currently  seeking a great accountant in the Pittsburgh area that knows the ins and outs of real estate taxes and codes etc. Someone who is easy to work with and will be able to help me make a great tax strategy and structure for my business that wont leave me handing all my hard earned money to Uncle Sam. Any reference would be greatly appreciated.

I have looked into them to but dont see really any reviews. Any info or someone who has used them would be great.

I am new to real estate investing. I want to get my feet wet and do my first brrrr but seems like finding the deal is hard in the Pittsburgh area at the moment atleast not one I've liked. My question is if you would have 200 to 250 k in equity in your home to use  should you pull that money  to invest and if so should you use it as down payment on multiple 2 to 4 units should you look for bigger properties or maybe partner with someone and do 2 bigger or 1 huge size property ??  Would just like to get different opinions and sides of all the arguments.  My mind is maybe do 1 or 2 small projects to get the process down and kinda learn the process then Seek out a possible partner or go in alone on bigger property.
