Hey everyone,

I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community. I'm hoping to do an FHA 203(k) within the first half of this year and eventually rent it out after living in it for about 2 years. Does anyone have any experience or guidance on doing one of these? Wondering if there are any gotchas or anything to be aware of when using this program.
