I'm working on building a home on vacant land in Charleston SC and am looking for a draftsman or graphic artist to create a rendering/picture of the house we're building.  The rendering will be for both our own visualization purposes and possibly for marketing.  Does anyone have any good recommendations for a drafter/graphic designer?  Charleston area would be preferable but I'm sure we could work virtually as well.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Summerville.

Purchase price: $179,000
Cash invested: $35,800

This was our primary residence for about 4 years. We bought another house to move into and kept this on as a rental.

Hey Everybody, I'm closing on a duplex in a couple of days and was planning on getting a property manager for it.  Then I read this article and it had some good ideas.  Does anybody have a good leasing agent in the Charleston, SC area that they use to show their properties?

I've use Weeks & Irvine for all of my stuff.  I've only done closings with them, not sure what the scope of your needs are though.

@Nathan McBride I have considered that and that is what I would most likely do.  I suppose I was incorrectly using the terms interchangeably.  I think that would actually be the better route to go with this property as it's a rather small square footage.
