@Aaron Montague I’m wanting to get involved in multi family homes in the area. This place is a military town so I’m sure finding tenants wouldn’t be an issue. However, I don’t know the area like some of these more seasoned investors do. For now I’m just feeling it out and learning as much as I can

I recently moved to Watertown NY and I was wondering if there were any investors out there who needed a hand with a property or looking for a partner. I’m a newbie in the game so I’m just here to make some connections and gain experience.
