Post: Looking for insurance that will blanket residential/commercial

Hey everyone, I have an LLC that has a 4 unit building in it, a shell that will be a 5 unit building, a single family, and a lot. Does anyone have recommendations for an insurance company that will blanket them all into the same policy?

Thanks,

Andrew

I'll check them out, thanks Bryan!

Hey everyone, I'm a new member of BP and this past year went full in on real estate investing. I have bought a few properties prior but with a mindset of the rent will pay off the mortgage instead of generating cashflow. This past year I really embraced the cashflow mentality but might be getting in over my head. I am in need of a seasoned/experienced accountant to guide me in the process and also that could help me clean up my books to better track where all my money is going. Willing to work locally or distant if we can figure out a strategic way to communicate. Experience in quickbooks is preferred.

Thanks, and looking forward to meeting like minded people here!!

Andrew

I'm a newer real estate investor that bought 4 properties and sold 1 property in 2017. I'm currently renovating a few properties and am in need of an experienced real estate accountant that can also meet with me a few times to teach me the ins and outs of quickbooks. Please only respond if in the Philly area.

Thanks,

Andrew
