Hello @Andrew L. - That was the same reason I got my RE license, and also how I ended up with EXP. Would be happy to be your sponsor, and can also aid in advice / direction as needed.

Thank you for the reply! I just sent you a connection request with a note.

Hi Andrew!! I am an agent with eXp here in South Florida. Years ago when I started with another brokerage I was a part time agent, but eventually switched to eXp here in Delray because they had what it took to help me switch from part time to full time. It is great to be able to access everything online as well, so you don't find yourself having to run into the office for everything. Feel free to message me and I would love to chat with you more about eXp!!

Hi Legacy—just sent you a connection request. Would love to connect.

Hi,

I will be joining eXp as new, part-time agent. I got my license for the sole purpose of buying properties for myself, and it seems like eXp is probably the best fit for that. I'm not looking for leads or to actively engage with prospective buyers unless it's a friend or family member, as I have a career outside of real estate.

Since I'll be a new agent, it seems like leveraging eXp's sponsor feature would be in my best interest (as I will have questions), so making this post to see if any other eXp agent is open to being a sponsor, before I join eXp.

I recently passed my real estate license and am looking to join a brokerage. I'm only looking to be a part-time agent as I already have a career in another field, where my time is spent M–F. Through online research, eXp keeps coming up as one of the better options for part-time agents. However, I've also seen feedback that eXp is best for seasoned agents (which I am not), and new agents may not get the support they need, unless they have a good sponsor.

Any feedback or insights on selecting a brokerage from part-time agents would be extremely appreciated.

 Hey Andrew,

Let's hop on a quick call. I'm exp in West Palm. Full disclosure, it's in my best interest for you to join exp... but (in my opinion) exp is tough for part-time agents. Im happy to give you the facts and not try and sell you on joining

 Just sent you a message.

@Andrew L. You get what you put in. eXp has tremendous training both video and live daily. You have to tap in. Where do you live ? Here in DFW we have an amazing network so our club also holds in person events regularly. And most importanlty we also have Agents throughout the US and abroad on our Team and they participate in our zoom meetings and group chats so they are never alone.

Hey Lucia. Thanks for the comment. I live in the West Palm Beach DMA here in South Florida. What group are you part of on eXP? Are they listed as a sponsor?
