How would one analyse this deal? https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/4000-US-Highway-70-E-New-Bern-NC/3838514/  looking to see if this would be a good deal or even better how to tell if it is something worth looking into.

Thanks to everyone. Hey @Grayson Spittel Thanks so much.  What would be the best way to proceed?

I'm am interested in getting into real estate investing, but having some issues trying to figure out what strategy best fits.

I would like to see if anyone would like to tell me their story so I can see if this is a good industry for me to be on. I'm not looking for a mentor, I would like 30 minutes to hear your story and take my direction from there.

Looking forward to taking with anyone who would like to share their story with me. I am in wake forest, NC

Jason,

I just sent you a connect invitation.  If the position is still available my wife would be a great candidate for this position.  She spent 2 years as a real estate assistant/paralegal in the Raleigh, NC market.  She has been running her own small business the last 2 years and is looking for something remote that will allow her to continue to learn more about real estate investing. She actually enjoys research so please consider her if you are still in need for the position.

Best, Drew

Thanks Mitch.  I appreciate the congrats.  Although it didn't lead to a deal, we were able to talk with the person and get an understanding of what they were looking to get out of the property and that it was actually way more acreage that we realized just from our driving and search of the Wake County GIS.  We are just getting started, so it was good to get that first one out of the way.  Can't wait for the next, and the next, and the next.

We went driving for dollars. The person has now responded. What questions should we ask when we talk with him?  We have been bigger pocket members for about a month now.  Everyone kept saying to just "do something".  Y'all were right.  Now we have to figure out how to handle the people part.
