I'm listening and taking in everything everyone is saying and trying to understand and learn what everyone has shown me. I take blame for where I am even though I've asked for more hours and have looked for multiple ways to improve everything. I have even went into vocational school on thoughts of getting certified in something. But the biggest issue comes down to my credit score. It's at a 460 score. I have never used my credit for anything. I have student loans from when I went to college which I ended up letting go while taking care of my grandpa and 4 hospital bills which are around $300 to $1,000 dollars each. I've always done remodeling houses since I was 13 years old and had ton of money to just go pay cash for what I wanted. Now that all of this has happened it makes me wish I had invested in something and built my credit. Which haunts me since no banks or anything helps those without credit and when they see your only making $150 a week they frown on you. I don't want a handout, but a hand up. I've always busted my butt to achieve everything I could. Yet missed out on learning a lot. I came here to get and give help. My grandpa once said if you scratch my back I will scratch yours. So what better place to come and try then people who do what you love. You guys invest in what I love doing. It's a chance at a small hope of help, learning and helping another at the same time.

I have a stable job it just doesn't offer hours. That's why I am hoping to connect with someone who flips houses for a living. So that I can make a dime and have a place for my family and save them a dime. Also hopefully a hand to flip houses on my own one day. There isn't much that I don't know how to do when it comes to rehabbing and remodeling houses. So to me working with someone to help them as they help me is a fair trade and works well for both.

hi my name is andrew. My whole life I've spent working under people and remodeling houses. Recently I hit a rough patch of ice. A guy I was working for had screwed me on money expecting me to drive from chillicothe to Dayton for $30 dollars a day. When I was making $600 a week. I moved to tenessee to find work since I was struggling here to find anything. I just moved back to Ohio 4 months ago. Since I have found a job that is only paying $150 a week and I am now homeless. I'd love to get back into remodeling houses but I don't have a contractors license. I'd be even more great full if a investor would help me out. As far as working for them and letting me rent one of their places. I have a 7 month pregnant girlfriend, a 11 year old daughter and 3 pitbull puppies. I've tried everything I can think of to get a place but it seems no one wants to help. I'd greatly appreciate if someone could kindly take me under their wing and help me out. Teach me the ropes and let me pay it back. Thank you for your time and reading this.
