was more so wondering if it could be an option to scale and have cash flow on day one. I would have a property manager if that were the case. I am mainly wondering who might have done it starting off or if someone just has experience in that area in general. I've always been interested in the idea of purchasing portfolios and maybe weeding out the less profitable units.
