@Derrick Lumsden I am still searching for my path. I have been researching and educating myself for a year now, and during that time I have gone through several different ideas as to how to invest. I am now working on getting/saving the money for a down payment and trusting that by the time I have it, I will have found a way.

Hi everyone, My name is Andrew Konopelsky and new to the real estate investment world. I am currently working a full time and trying to convince my wife that we can be financially free ( unsuccessfully lol) I have been on bigger pockets for a year now trying to educate myself and figure out our road map.
