Any other news on this meet up or would people like to get together and start a new meet up?

@Axel Ragnarsson

Hello Axel,

I am 23 and just getting into the REI game, it is awesome to see other people having such success.

If you don't mind could you spare a moment of your time and tell me how you were able to lock in good deals with creative financing options? I could use some pointers on maybe the books you have read and places you learned from. Are there certain financing methods you are using that are working? I am 23 and learning as much as I can but I can't seem to figure out the financing and I have the time for many more books!

Thank You,

Andrew

 I am definitely interested in your help if you have free time I would appreciate that. As for a PM i'm not sure how to send one I tried typing your name but it says it can't find you.

Ryan Arth thank you I will look through that and see what I can do. I would Gould the balance on credit but I can't. I will be out of town until after thanksgiving when I get back I'm going to try to get a small loan or line of credit to cover that. Matthew A. I can't take another job because I work 40hrs plus I go to class full time. I take 15hrs a semester so if I add another job I think I would over load myself and start to flunk. My other debts include 493 Jeep 530 housing and bills 73 phone(tried to lower they won't let me) 74 insurance(as low as I can get) 140 gas (looking into a bike) 160 (approximately for food) 350 debt(pay high to get it away faster) 50 health care I think that is it. Then I save the rest

I can afford the vehicle I would just like to not have it if that makes sense. I am negative in equity but I make enough money to afford the payments. I am wanting to not have the payments so I have that extra 500 per month to use as investment money. Now I say I can afford it. I can and I can't , I make enough to pay for it but after I pay my payments I don't have enough to save. I usually have about 100 left per month.. after bills and such. I am saving that 100 but I would like to be able to save that 500 also. The vehicle is the only thing I can reduce I have cut down all bills as much as possible so I was thinking voluntarily turning over the keys but I do know that hurts my credit for years. From my feedback it looks like I just save until I can pay that negative equity and hold off on investing for now.

Thank you so much @Natalie Kolodij. That is the information I need.

I know this is not a place for autos but would a google search suffice to find a broker in those areas or are there better ways to find one?

Hello everyone I am an aspiring investor from Texas. I am very interested in investing and I would like to build my knowledge up so that I can buy and hold property. One I have enough experience I plan to run a fix and flip business. I grew up being the son of a carpenter so I have well rounded experience in the business. Now i am currently getting my degree in Finance & Business Management to help me meet those goals!

Great pointers I do expect a return, I can do plasma and probably sell things. I would like a second job, but at this time it isn't possible. I am thankful for the pointers definitely never thought of plasma, every dollar counts.

It is a Jeep Wrangler so that's where the high price comes from.

Can't uber since the gas mileage is terrible.

Would like to find a good market to sell but I am having trouble finding one and learning how to attract buyers.

I would agree I am definitly not ready to start investing I just need to find the best way to get my finances in order and continue learning. Investing is a future goal I would love to reach. I would like to sell and take the loss, then buy a beater but right now I dont have the extra dime to cover the loss.
