I’m 24 years old, and work in property management while holding a salesperson license. But I want to start investing now. If any of you could start over what would be the best way to start investing in real estate?

I want to create a private lending company but want to read more about how to do it. Where can I find information and laws to study up on the subject? Any books, websites, gurus to follow?

I would like to start earning interest by borrowing money and lending the borrowed money out secured by real estate. My ultimate goal is to become a private lender without having any money myself. Is there a way to borrow large amounts of money and then loan it out again but secured by real estate? Or has anyone else accomplished becoming a private lender by this philosophy?
