I’m in Las Cruces, Nm. Own a big house with Casita - Central Las Cruces , close to downtown.  House hacking with a 2,400 square foot house and Casita in the back. Thinking about selling, have had it for 7 years and have been renting out rooms since. Can totally be getting more $$ on the casita, but I’m too nice. Hit me up if you wanna chat. 

It’s good, profitable. I’m currently renting my personal property via lease/month to month - but my family has quite a few. I invested in some with my Mom who has 9 and is in Spain doing Camino de Santiago, I’ve been helping her out with them while she’s gone. They do well, they get quite a bit of 1 monthers, long terms as well. 

Looking to connect with other investors…been house hacking since I was 19, done some hard money deals, currently working on a BrRR but down to mastermind and possibly do deals. Was a realtor for 4 years, family has lots of property here - Commercial/Airbnb’s/downtown properties/multi family/single family converted to multiple Airbnb’s. Holla!
