@Kyle A. That's my plan, to offer reduce pricing on my services... I know Niagara well and see all that is going on, with trying to rebuild there as well... Like you said, it can't be sustained with no employment growth. I thought Solar City was supposed to be running by now... I read a lot on Buffalo and there are definitely a lot of negative people as far as employment goes...

@Luke Miller I do have the drive, knowledge and fortitude to get this done... I have experience/knowledge and time for it. I was looking into maybe going to work for another investor, because I do have talents to offer and help.

@Luke Miller Thanks for responding, I'm not mad at the "Guru's" no time for that... What the frustration is, that I want to find a good marketing system that won't break the bank or waste time... I know its all a process, but I don't want to waste precious money. i know some of the business already doing work for investors in the past and I want/need to get my investment career going. Can't afford to make too many mistakes...

All the guru advertising everywhere is getting out of hand. All the advertising for guru mentoring, marketing, flippers and everything guru is everywhere. As a novice and just getting into the business I've been doing a lot of reading and watching here on BP. I know people who have wasted 10"s of thousands of dollars on guru training to never get it back. Besides, educating and learning where does a Noob get going. Information overload is frustrating and paralyzing. I've been reading a lot on the Buffalo NY market and I'm relocating there this month. I cant find much info on the future plan for the city as far as what sustainable growth the city has to keep the city alive...

Hello All,

I'll be relocating to the area in 2 weeks and want to hit the ground running... I've been doing a lot of research on the area and would like to find a mentor/working relationship in the area... I do have experience being a demo contractor and working for investors already, but want to start doing the REI... Thanks in advance to any and all suggestions...
