I am researching creative lending options and stumbled upon the piggyback mortgage. I see Santander bank and Quicken loans offers this type of financing. Are there any other banks/lenders in the NYC area that provides this product?

I purchased my first home under the FHA program, can my second property be with a Fannie Mae loan (owner occupied)? I heard you can't have two FHA loans, which is understandable. Any information will help.

Thanks @Dan Barli for the direction (I'm new to the site). I'm going to upgrade to pro so I can get more local information. I have attended numerous RIEA meetings in NY and have only been able to connect with sales brokers and wholesalers. I will continue to network!

I am looking to purchase my second property and I am looking to connect with a mortgage broker in NYC/NJ. The property will potentially be a 2-4 family in New Jersey or Queens.
