And 9600 is a 20% down payment for an 47.5k house

I forgot to say that I’ll be saving all the rent that comes in for each house so the down payments on the houses after the first house should be more

Hello as of right now I’m 18 but I plan on saving and getting my first house to live in by 21. I plan to save roughly 9,600 a year to buy a rental in Texas (I’m in Cali but I have a real estate cousin in Texas and plan to use property manger) alongside that house I want to refinance the other house which should be enough for a second rental so I’ll be 22 with 2 rentals I was wondering if I can get to 25 rentals by the time I’m 25 doing those same things refinance my rentals while also buying a house from saving over a year. Will this work?
