I'm getting started with my real estate investing in Kansasy City, MO and was wondering if anyone had some recommended professionals to work with. I already am working with a realtor and property manager (though I'm always open to more recommendations).

Specifically, I'm looking for a:

• CPA
• Attorney

We're definitely going to use some financing but have a solid down payment available. We're not currently pre-approved with any lenders in the area so I'm open to any recommendations.

We've found some interesting prospect in KC but they definitely sell fast. As for Tampa, I'm not too familiar with the metro area but it seems like it lacks small multi-family. So it's either all bought up or there was a low inventory to begin with.

I'm a new member to BiggerPockets and a newbie in real estate investing.

Originally from Chicago, my wife and I are currently located in Southern California though we will likely relocate in a couple of years. We're excited to get started with real estate investing and are looking for opportunities out-of-state; primarily in Kansas City and Tampa.

Our goal is to achieve enough passive income through rentals to completely leave our full time jobs.

I currently work as a Digital Marketing Analyst at a SaSS company and my wife is a high school teacher. We just welcomed our first child into this world this past March and we would love to teach him that traditional ways of earning money are not necessarily the best ways of earning money.

We're looking forward to connecting with others and hopefully adding value where we can. Bring on any marketing questions you have!
