I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal justice. I also have a Paralegal certificate.

Do not take money out of your 401k. Avoid the penalties. Just save up and buy a property. Then when you retire you can draw from your rental properties and your 401k.

I am a new real estate investor who is looking to buy his first buy-and-hold property. I found a property that seems to be a good deal by the my old college. I am asking others in th bp community to share their suggestions, advice, and concerns about renting to college students.
