Hi @BrianPloszay. Thanks for replying. How has your experience with Chase Quick Pay been? How do you handle late fees or partial payments with it?

Hi everyone,

I have a triplex that I just bought with my brothers in Richmond, CA, and I was wondering if anyone could give their opinion on how to collect rent without having to physically go up to the property? My brothers and I don't live close enough to go there every month. We are really hesitant about asking tenants to mail us their rent checks, and we'd rather opt for electronic ways to transfer money. I've heard that Pay Near Me is pretty good, but I was also just put onto Freshbooks and was wondering if I could use that to collect rent? Or maybe PayPal? If there's any other way to collect rent electronically, I would love to hear suggestions. All feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance!
