Wondering if anyone has any good accountant recommendations that are either local to Chicago or maybe more national. I live in Chicago and am in the process of closing on a duplex in OH in the next week or so.

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Everyone!

This is my very first post. I have been reading a lot of the good information everyone has been putting on the forums and decided to make a post myself!

I am very interested in getting into real estate and rental property. I have been reading up and trying to absorb as much as possible and now would like to hone in on some markets. My goal is to purchase my first rental property this year.

I would like to get into properties that cash flow well in the Midwest, more specifically in college towns. I am interested in college towns due to the need for student housing near campus.

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions as to which markets would be promising to look at and if you have had any experience in these places.
