Wondering what peoples thoughts are on the real estate market in Saskatchewan? Prices seem to be quite low compared to where they were a couple years ago. Apartments in Regina/Saskatoon seem to be at a low price and thinking about picking one up close to the U for rental property. What do people think?

Hi, I am a somewhat new investor in Canada. I'm currently looking for foreclosures and unsure of where best to find them. Lots of information about American foreclosures but no luck in Canada (specifically western canada). Thanks!
