looking for private/hard money to help fund my new BRRRR investments. Some bullet points on my projects are below. Looking for short term money to bridge the time period during 6 month seasoning period on conventional loans.

1) Currently own 1 property cash in OH. 

Purchase: 27,500

Rehab: 5-8,000

ARV: 55000+

2) looking to repeat this 6-8 times per year. Similar numbers for each project.

I am looking for a good local or regional bank in Cleveland that is investor friendly with a good online presence to remotely access the account. Closing on my first BRRRR rental house and need to get a loan shortly. Any recommendations?

I am closing on my first rental property in Ohio and need to find an insurance agent to ensure I have the proper insurance.  Any advice on where to find someone?  I have heard Landlord insurance is what is necessary, but will that cover me during the rehab time when it's vacant?  Thank you!

I’ll be doing my first BRRRR rental in Ohio and I live in California. If I create an LLC in Ohio, what types of fees are involved? Do I need to pay CA their minimum $800/year LLC fee if I register it as an Ohio LLC....? (Hope not). Thoughts and advice are greatly appreciated!

Any recommendation on a local OH bank (I'm an out of state investor) to open a checking account with?  My first property will be in Cleveland.  Any specific reason why you are choosing that specific bank?

Ultimately I'd love to pick a bank that I can then refinance with in the future so I can form a relationship with them.

I am a new investor who will be doing the BRRRR strategy in Ohio.

I am in the process of creating an LLC.

I am told I should get property insurance, and an Umbrella policy....

Should I be getting a "personal umbrella policy", or should I be getting a business umbrella policy?  If getting business, I assume I can't purchase until I get the property insurance, right?  Thus I need to wait to buy my first property before buying any of the insurance..?

Also any recommendations on where to get these insurances from?
